TODAY - Thursday 12th June
It will be cloudy this evening with outbreaks of showery rain, with some heavy and thundery bursts possible along with some localised flooding. Southeast winds will be moderate.
TONIGHT
Cloudy tonight with the showery rain moving northwards after nightfall. A mix of clear spells and heavy showers will gradually follow from the south overnight. It will be a humid night with areas of mist and fog developing. Lows of 12 to 15 degree with moderate southeast winds.

TOMORROW - Friday 13th June
It will be mostly cloudy to start tomorrow with further showers spreading from the south. The showers will clear northwards during the morning and the rest of the day will be mainly dry with sunny spells developing. A few isolated showers will develop in western areas in the afternoon. Highs of 18 to 21 degrees with light to moderate southwest winds, backing southerly.
National Outlook
Friday night: There'll be a mix of clear spells and showers on Friday night, the showers are likely to be most frequent in the south of the country. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees with light easterly or variable winds.
Saturday: On Saturday, there'll be a mix of sunny spells and showers. Some of the showers will be heavy and prolonged with the chance of a few thunderstorms developing. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees in generally light westerly or variable winds. Early on Saturday night, a weakening band of rain and drizzle will push eastwards over Ireland. It will become largely dry overnight but a few showers will continue in the north and northwest. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in moderate westerly winds.
Sunday: It will be rather cloudy for a time on Sunday with a few light showers spreading from the west. It will become sunnier later in the day. Highest temperatures on Sunday of 15 to 18 degrees in moderate west to southwest winds. It will be mostly dry on Sunday night with just a few showers in the northwest. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees, coolest in the south and southeast under the clearer skies.
Monday: It looks set to be a dry day on Monday with plenty of sunshine and just scattered cloud. Maximum temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees in moderate southwest winds.
Further Outlook: Current indications suggest High Pressure will begin to build near Ireland next week bringing plenty of dry weather but there will be some weak rain-bands embedded in the flow.
